Responsible
for successfully incorporating an independent research division (RE·SOURCE)
into the mainstream services offered by the parent company. Given the
services that we were providing to our own client base, the merger increased
the firm’s 1999 revenue projections by 20%. My role was to oversee
all consumer research sales/marketing efforts, account management, product
design and development, including the following:
|
Continually redefine product to appeal
to larger markets while maintaining service to existing clients. |
|
Manage transition of personnel and
product into new operating environment. |
|
